The Bluefox Association Nova Music Performing Arts Program was created years ago based on the infinity of possibilities that music can heal wounds, create passion, find creativity, encourage self-confidence, and to instill a deep meaning of truly and simply belonging.

Inclusivity is not just a buzzword for us, it's a mindset, and it's in practice. It means actively seeking to create environments where everyone, regardless of their race, gender, background, abilities or beliefs, feels welcomed, valued and empowered to contribute. It goes beyond tolerance. It's about celebrating differences, an understanding that our diversity enriches us all. The truth is, when we embrace inclusivity, we unlock the potential for greatness. Think about any successful team, company, or community. It's rarely the result of one singular perspective or effort. It's a combination of diverse voices, experiences, and talents working together that sparks the innovation, fosters understanding, and leads to collective success. However, inclusivity is not something that can be achieved overnight. For us, it requires intentionality. It requires us to examine our biases, challenge stereotypes, and be willing to listen, not just speak. It calls on us to create spaces where people can express themselves freely, without fear of judgment or exclusion. This isn't about just doing the right thing on paper. It's about truly believing that everyone's contributions matter.

With the mission of revolutionizing inclusivity, we work together to create, design and perform productions once or twice a year performed at some of the largest venues in southern Alberta. Through this we have the opportunity to change the mindset and perspective of others on what INCLUSIVITY really means. Hope to see you at the next show!
